Key points of CPVC pressure pipe installation and welding technology: avoid common construction defects

CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pressure pipe is widely used in many industries, including CPVC Pipe Safe Drinking Water, CPVC Pipe Industrial Water Treatment, CPVC Pipe Industrial Wastewater, etc., due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (up to 90°C) and safety and sanitation performance. However, improper installation and welding may lead to problems such as leakage and reduced strength. The following are key construction points and industry application precautions:

1. Material pretreatment and storage
Dry and clean: Before welding, the surface of CPVC pipe must be free of oil and dust, especially when used in high-purity industries such as CPVC Pipe Electronic Semiconductor and CPVC Pipe Medicine, to avoid contamination.
