The electric butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size, lightweight design, and low material consumption. It features a small driving torque, making it easy and quick to operate. The valve offers flow regulation capabilities and sealing performance, achieving good sealing under low-pressure conditions. Based on the connection method, electric butterfly valves can be classified as flange-type or wafer-type; by driving method, they can be manual, pneumatic, or electric; by structure, they can be eccentric disc type, vertical plate type, inclined plate type, or lever type; and by sealing type, they can be soft-seal or hard-seal.

Electric butterfly valves are widely used in industries such as safe drinking water, metallurgy, photovoltaics, nuclear power, electronic semiconductors, medicine, industrial water treatment, and industrial wastewater. 1. Sealing inspection: prevent medium leakage
Problem manifestation: The valve is not closed tightly, leaking inside or outside.
