The SCH8O/DIN UPVC/CPVC One-piece Flange Ball Valve is an engineered thermoplastic shut-off device designed for aggressive chemical transport and high-purity water systems. Constructed from either unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) or chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), this valve series features a monolithic body where flanges are integrally molded with the valve housing. This one-piece construction eliminates traditional joint connections between body and end flanges, reducing potential leak paths in critical applications. The full port ball design provides unrestricted flow when open, and the PTFE or EPDM seat materials ensure bubble-tight sealing against a range of media including acids, alkalis, solvents, and ultrapure water. The valve complies with DIN standard flange drilling patterns, enabling direct integration into European-specification piping networks without custom adapters.
