In industrial piping systems, UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) and CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) are widely used in multiple key industries due to their excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight and cost-effectiveness. However, the requirements for pipe rack systems in different application scenarios vary significantly, and full life cycle cost optimization is required from dimensions such as material selection, installation method, and maintenance cost. The following are the application characteristics and optimization strategies of various industries:

1. Drinking Water (Safe Drinking Water & Drinking Water)
Material selection: UPVC complies with FDA/NSF standards and is suitable for cold drinking water transportation; CPVC is resistant to high temperatures (such as hot water distribution systems).

Cost optimization: UPVC pipe rack system is easy to install and reduces labor costs; no anti-corrosion maintenance is required for a long time, reducing life cycle costs.

2. Metallurgy
Challenges: highly corrosive pickling wastewater, high temperature flue gas environment.
Optimization plan: CPVC has better temperature resistance (up to 90°C and above) and acid resistance than UPVC, reducing the cost of frequent replacement; the reinforced bracket design is used to withstand the impact of highly corrosive media.

3. Photovoltaic
Application scenario: chemical transportation (such as etching solution, deionized water).

Cleanliness requirements: water for injection (WFI), pure steam pipelines.

7. Industrial Water Treatment
Corrosive environment: salt water, oxidant (such as sodium hypochlorite) treatment.
Solution: CPVC support system is resistant to chlorine corrosion, has a longer life than metal brackets, and has lower overall cost.

8. Industrial Wastewater
Complex media: wastewater containing organic solvents, strong acids and strong alkalis.
